Medical History Questionnaire
In-depth survey that records: biological and anthropometric characteristics, lifestyle, habits, and everything necessary to capture the patient’s current health status.

This analysis, along with the tests, allows for the unique and personalized creation of:

  • Meal plan
  • Bio-nutritional program.
  • Training program.

And also:

  • Weekly 30-45 minute “check-up” via Zoom, to maintain focus and review the various programs.
  • Direct daily contact via WhatsApp with a response within 2 hours.

GENERAL INDICATIONS

To begin the program, blood tests including blood type are required. Also the following specific tests: CBC, triglycerides, cholesterol + HDL, TSH, CRP, glycated hemoglobin. Performed within three months prior to the visit.

 

Medical reports must be sent directly to the doctor performing the online consultation.
